Founding batch pre-order — how it works

This is a conditional pre-order, not an in-stock purchase. We will make this batch only if it clears the threshold below. Read this fully before ordering.

• Threshold: at least 15 paid orders from distinct, non-friend/non-family customers by the campaign closing date.
• Cap: we will stop taking orders at 50 total pre-orders, to keep the first batch manageable and safe.
• Campaign opens: 27 July 2026 (illustrative date for this preview — the real date will be confirmed at launch).
• Campaign closes: 10 August 2026.
• Estimated dispatch, if the batch proceeds: by 24 August 2026.

If the threshold is not reached

If we do not reach 15 qualifying paid orders by the closing date — or we discover we cannot safely or legally fulfil the product — every pre-order placed is automatically refunded in full. You do not need to request anything; we will also email you to confirm.

If the threshold is reached

We begin production only after the campaign closes and the threshold is confirmed met, following full UK food-safety, batch-recording and labelling requirements (see About). We aim to dispatch by the estimated date above; if production takes longer than promised, we will contact every pre-order customer with the revised date and offer an immediate full refund to anyone who no longer wants to wait.

What you are agreeing to by ordering

• You understand this is a pre-order for a batch that has not been produced yet.
• The recipe, flavour and packaging described are our current plan, not a guaranteed final specification.
• Your payment may be held pending the threshold decision and is refunded automatically if the batch does not proceed.
