Who you are buying from

Sales through this pre-order are made by [Seller Business Name — TBD], a registered UK food business, at [Seller Address — TBD] ("the Seller"). This site and brand assets are operated by the site owner on the Seller’s behalf under a trial agreement.

What you are buying

A conditional founding-batch pre-order as described on the Pre-Order Terms page — not a guaranteed in-stock item. Full terms, thresholds, cap, dates and the automatic-refund condition are set out there and form part of this agreement.

Pricing and payment

All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments and refunded automatically and in full if the founding batch does not proceed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
