Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Great Britain only — England, Scotland and Wales.
We are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man, or any address outside Great Britain. If an order is placed for one of these destinations we will contact you, cancel the order and refund you in full.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner. Orders placed before midday on a working day may be dispatched the next working day, though this is not guaranteed. Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. If tracking has not arrived and you think it should have, email us and we will chase it.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@emberandquartz.co.uk with your order number. Sorting it out is our responsibility, not yours — you do not need to contact the carrier or our fulfilment partner yourself.
